What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, Item 11 discusses advertising. While Beehive Homes has no obligation to conduct any advertising program for a franchisee's Home, franchisees are encouraged to advertise their own Home. However, all advertising materials used by the franchisee must first be approved by Beehive Homes.
Beehive Homes does not have an advertising council composed of franchisees to advise them on advertising matters. Franchisees are not currently required to participate in any local, regional, or other advertising fund.
This means that while Beehive Homes franchisees have the freedom to market their specific location, they must ensure that all advertising materials comply with the brand standards and receive corporate approval. This allows Beehive Homes to maintain a consistent brand image, but it also means franchisees need to factor in time for approval when planning advertising campaigns.
