What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as part of Exhibit J Receipt, a prospective franchisee is required to sign and date a copy of the receipt and retain it for their files. Additionally, the franchisee must sign and date another copy of the receipt and return it to Beehive Homes. This confirms that the franchisee received the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

This receipt serves as an acknowledgment that the franchisee has received and reviewed the FDD, which contains important information about the Beehive Homes franchise opportunity. By signing the receipt, the franchisee confirms they have been provided with the document at least 14 calendar days before signing a binding agreement or making any payments to Beehive Homes, as required by federal law. This waiting period allows potential franchisees to carefully consider the opportunity and seek professional advice if needed.

The FDD includes exhibits such as state franchise administrators, lists of franchised homes, financial statements, the franchise agreement, and other relevant documents. The signature on the receipt is a formal acknowledgement that these exhibits were included in the FDD provided to the prospective franchisee. This process helps ensure transparency and protects both the franchisor and franchisee by documenting the exchange of critical information.
