What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are obligated to have each employee sign Beehive Homes' standard Non-Competition and Non-Disclosure Agreement. This agreement must be executed before the employee participates in any training or performs any work at the Beehive Homes location, or otherwise has access to the Home.

The franchisee is required to deliver a copy of the signed agreement to Beehive Homes within one week of its execution or on the first day of employment, whichever comes first. This requirement ensures that Beehive Homes has a record of each employee's agreement to the non-competition and non-disclosure terms.

This policy is in place to protect Beehive Homes' proprietary information and trade secrets. By requiring employees to sign the agreement before training or starting work, Beehive Homes aims to prevent the unauthorized disclosure or use of confidential information. This is a common practice in franchising to maintain brand consistency and protect the franchisor's business model.
