What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, a Beehive Homes representative will reasonably assist a franchisee in any operational problems encountered in connection with their franchise. The representative will make themselves available to consult with the franchisee during the continuing operations of their Beehive Homes location. However, this assistance and consultation are subject to terms and additional compensation that must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Beehive Homes is not obligated to provide any other supervision, assistance, or services during the operation of the franchise, except as stated above. However, Beehive Homes may publish newsletters, introduce new programs, and provide consultation and assistance to franchisees during visits by their representatives.
Furthermore, Beehive Homes may enter into separate consulting contracts with franchisees at the franchisee's discretion to provide individual counseling for their Beehive Homes location. If such a contract is entered into, the compensation will be no less than $300.00 per day, which includes all costs for the Beehive Homes representatives. This arrangement allows franchisees to obtain more focused and dedicated support from Beehive Homes, but it comes at an additional cost.
