What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, Beehive Homes does provide a standard sign to the franchisee. Specifically, prior to the opening of the Beehive Homes location, Beehive Homes will deliver one standard sign to the franchisee.
The sign provided by Beehive Homes will conform to local requirements regarding size and style. However, the franchisee is responsible for the sign's installation by their own contractor.
This is a benefit to the franchisee, as it reduces some of the initial setup costs. However, the franchisee should be aware that they will be responsible for the cost of the contractor to install the sign.
