What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, Beehive Homes does provide assistance with promotional programs during the opening of a new franchise. Specifically, a Beehive Homes representative will assist the franchisee in marketing and promotional programs in connection with the opening of the Home.
This assistance is part of the opening supervision that Beehive Homes provides to help franchisees prepare for their grand opening. The representative will also assist with hiring staff, training personnel, and managing inventory control. This support aims to ensure a smooth and successful launch for the new Beehive Homes location.
While Beehive Homes offers this initial support, it's important to note that the FDD also states that Beehive Homes has no obligation to conduct any advertising program for the Home. However, franchisees are encouraged to advertise their Home, although all advertising materials must be approved by Beehive Homes. This suggests that while Beehive Homes provides initial promotional guidance, the ongoing advertising and marketing efforts are largely the franchisee's responsibility, subject to franchisor approval.
