There are no restrictions limiting YOU from soliciting residents for YOUR Home from outside the area encompassing YOUR location, using any channels of distribution, such as the Internet, telemarketing or other direct marketing. Provided, however, that any advertising content is first approved by the Franchisor. WE do not own or operate any Homes and thus we do not solicit within or without the area encompassing YOUR Home. Neither WE nor our affiliates operates, franchises, or has plans to operate or franchise a business under a different trademark and that business sells or will sell goods or services similar to those that YOU will offer.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, there are no restrictions on soliciting residents from outside the area encompassing your Beehive Homes location. The document specifies that you can use various channels of distribution, such as the Internet, telemarketing, or other direct marketing, to solicit residents from outside your home's encompassing area. However, any advertising content must be approved by Beehive Homes.
This lack of restriction provides a significant benefit to franchisees, allowing them to cast a wide net in their marketing and recruitment efforts. Unlike some franchises that limit marketing to a specific geographic territory, Beehive Homes franchisees have the freedom to attract residents from a broader area, potentially increasing occupancy rates and revenue. This flexibility can be particularly valuable in areas where the local population may not be sufficient to fill the home.
It is important to note that while there are no explicit restrictions, all advertising content is subject to approval by Beehive Homes. This requirement ensures that all marketing materials align with the brand's standards and image. Franchisees should factor in the time required for approval when planning their marketing campaigns. Overall, the freedom to solicit residents from outside the immediate area offers a competitive advantage for Beehive Homes franchisees, allowing them to maximize their reach and attract a diverse pool of potential residents.
