What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, manuals are provided as part of Training Visit One. The checklist for Training Visit One includes 'Manuals' as item number 2.
Beehive Homes also provides franchisees access to the Franchisor's Manual, which may be in hard copy or electronic format. Beehive Homes retains the right to modify the Manual in any manner they deem appropriate. The manual is the exclusive property of Beehive Homes and is provided for use by the Franchisee on a confidential basis and only during the Term of the Franchise Agreement.
The manual may consist of one or more of the following; Policies and Procedures, Owner/Operator Training, Emergency Procedures, Inservice Training and/or Employee Procedures. The manual may take the form of one or more of the following: one or more looseleaf or bound volumes; bulletins; notices; videos; CD-ROMS and/or other electronic media; websites; online postings; e-mail and/or electronic communications; facsimiles; or any other medium capable of conveying the Manual's contents.
Prospective franchisees should note that adherence to the standards outlined in the manual is a requirement of the franchise agreement. Franchisees must also ensure they keep state-specific portions of the manual current and up to date. Upon termination of the franchise agreement, all forms of the manual must be returned to Beehive Homes.
