What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, if a Guarantor wants to change their notice address, they must inform Beehive Homes in writing, following the delivery procedure outlined in Subsection 7(d).
A notice is considered effective upon the earliest of these events: (1) receipt or first refusal of delivery; (2) one day after posting if sent by overnight commercial delivery service or overnight United States Mail; or (3) three days after placement in the United States Mail if overnight delivery is not available to the notice address.
Notices to Beehive Homes should be sent to the address specified in the Franchise Agreement, to the attention of Twayne Walker. Notices to the Guarantor should be sent to the Franchisee's address as stated in the Franchise Agreement. These stipulations ensure that all parties are informed and have acknowledged the receipt or attempted delivery of important communications, which is a common practice in franchising to maintain clear lines of communication and legal defensibility.
