What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit a Monthly Revenues Report to the franchisor on or before the 10th day of each calendar month. This report must detail the financial activities of the Beehive Homes location for the preceding month, including gross revenues, all monies received or accrued, services performed, and any other financial information reasonably required by Beehive Homes.

The Monthly Revenues Report serves as the basis for calculating the franchise royalty fee, which is also due on the 10th day of each month, concurrent with the report's submission. This arrangement ensures that Beehive Homes receives timely financial updates from its franchisees, allowing for accurate royalty calculations and efficient financial management across the franchise system.

Failure to submit the Monthly Revenues Report on time will result in a late charge of $100 for each report not filed by the due date. Additionally, if the franchise royalty payment is late, Beehive Homes will assess a one-time late charge equal to the lesser of ten percent (10%) of the royalty due or the maximum late charge permitted under the laws of the state where the Beehive Homes location is situated. These penalties underscore the importance of adhering to the reporting and payment deadlines established by Beehive Homes.
