What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beehive Homes retains the right to modify its Manual during the term of the franchise agreement. Specifically, Beehive Homes and its affiliates can make revisions and updates to the Manual, which may be in hard copy or electronic format.

However, there are some limitations to Beehive Homes' right to modify the manual. Any modification must not alter the franchisee's rights under the Franchise Agreement. In case of a conflict between the Manual and the Franchise Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement will take precedence.

This is a fairly standard clause in franchise agreements. Franchise systems evolve, and the operations manual needs to keep pace. It is important for a prospective franchisee to understand that the Beehive Homes manual is the exclusive property of the franchisor and is provided for use by the franchisee on a confidential basis and only during the term of the agreement.
