What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the minimum population size for a franchisee's territory is 30,000 persons. The FDD states that the territory will consist of a perimeter encompassing the location of the Beehive Homes facility. The franchisor determines the territory and may modify it from time to time.

Beehive Homes also covenants that no franchise for an additional Home, whether franchised or owned by Beehive Homes, will be sold within the Franchisee's Territory during the Term of this Agreement without the prior written consent of Franchisee.

The document specifies that each territory may differ in size, population, shape, and other factors, with the franchisor having the authority to determine these aspects. The franchisee waives any claims against Beehive Homes or other franchisees regarding differences in territory size, population, or other factors. This indicates that while there is a minimum population, the actual territory can vary and is ultimately decided by Beehive Homes.
