Franchisor will provide training, prior to opening of the Home for business, in the various practices, policies and procedures for operation of the Home. Franchisee, and if there is more than one Franchisee at least one of the Franchisees, and the resident manager are required to complete a training program of up to three (3) days duration at a location(s) designated by Franchisor, which may include the corporate office and/or an operating Franchise. The Franchisee shall be responsible for travel, lodging and meals for itself and its resident manager, if applicable. In addition to the foregoing, additional representatives of the Franchisee may attend the training program at the sole expense of the Franchisee and with the prior consent of Franchisor. If Franchisee or its resident manager does not complete the required training program to the satisfaction of Franchisor, then Franchisor may terminate this Agreement in accordance with the provisions hereof, or in lieu thereof, Franchisor may elect to provide such additional personnel as Franchisor in its sole discretion deems necessary, to train Franchisee's staff at the site of the Home and enable Franchisee to open the Home. Franchisee will pay all costs of such additional personnel, including, without limitation, salaries, lodging, meals and round trip transportation. Such additional personnel will remain at the Home at Franchisee's expense until Franchisor determines that Franchisee and its staff are capable of operating the Home.
