Where does the initial training for a Beehive Homes franchisee and their resident manager take place?

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training for a franchisee and their resident manager occurs at a location designated by Beehive Homes. The initial franchise fee covers the cost of this training for both the franchisee and their resident manager. Beehive Homes covers the cost of round trip travel for the franchisee to the training location. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of their own meals and lodging, as well as the travel, meals, and lodging expenses for their resident manager. If additional people need training, the franchisee must also cover their travel, meals, and lodging costs. There is no separate charge for the instruction itself. If a franchisee changes resident managers after the initial training, the new resident manager must be trained according to the initial training outline. If the franchisee is unable to perform this training at their Beehive Homes location, a regional service representative employed by Beehive Homes will conduct the training for a fee of not less than $300.00 per day inclusive.
