What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beehive Homes, Inc. no longer offers sub-franchises. While Beehive Homes, Inc. and its predecessors previously offered sub-franchises and Area Representative Agreements, the document states that sub-franchises are no longer available. However, Beehive Homes continues to offer Area Representative Agreements on a limited and select basis.

This means that prospective franchisees can only purchase and operate individual Beehive Homes franchises directly from Beehive Homes, Inc., except in Texas. The FDD states that BHH Homes of Texas, Inc. has an exclusive agreement to offer and sell franchises in the State of Texas. Therefore, anyone seeking to open a Beehive Homes location in Texas would need to work with the Sub-Franchisor, BHH Homes of Texas, Inc., and adhere to their specific FDD and legal requirements.

For potential franchisees, this change means dealing directly with Beehive Homes, Inc. for franchise opportunities outside of Texas. It also means that the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement will be those set by Beehive Homes, Inc., providing a standardized approach to franchising across most regions. However, those interested in Texas must be aware of the separate FDD and compliance requirements set by BHH Homes of Texas, Inc.
