What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are expected to maintain both the interior and exterior of their homes to the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, sanitation, and repair, as defined by Beehive Homes' standards. If a Beehive Homes franchisee fails to meet these maintenance standards, Beehive Homes will issue a 72-hour notice to correct the deficiency.

If the franchisee does not address the maintenance issues within the 72-hour notice period, Beehive Homes has the right to enter the property and complete the necessary corrections themselves. This action can be taken without being considered trespass, negligence, or fault, and without affecting any other remedies available to Beehive Homes.

The franchisee is responsible for covering the costs incurred by Beehive Homes for these corrections. The franchisee must pay these costs promptly upon demand. This ensures that Beehive Homes can maintain its brand standards across all franchise locations, even if a franchisee fails to meet their maintenance obligations.
