As a Beehive Homes Guarantor, when is my signature effective?

According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, as a Guarantor, your signature on the Guaranty and Assumption of Obligations Under Franchise Agreement is effective as of the date of execution of the Franchise Agreement.
