What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beehive Homes will provide an itemization of all furnishings, equipment, and supplies to be used in the operation of the Home. This itemization serves as a guideline for franchisees when setting up their Beehive Homes location.
While Beehive Homes provides this initial itemization, the franchisee is responsible for engaging their own professionals, such as architects and contractors, to prepare final plans and construct the improvements. These final plans must be approved by Beehive Homes to ensure compliance with the brand's trade dress guidelines before the franchisee submits them for building permits.
Beehive Homes is not obligated to be a party to, and will have no liability regarding, any agreements pertaining to the construction, furnishing, equipping, and supplying of the Home. This means the franchisee bears the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the Home meets Beehive Homes' standards and all local regulations, while Beehive Homes offers initial guidance and maintains approval rights over the final plans.
