What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are obligated to continuously operate their Home throughout the term of the agreement. Specifically, the franchisee must construct, equip, staff, and own one Home at their own expense at the designated location. They are required to open and commence operation of the Home no later than three years after the effective date of the agreement.
Beehive Homes franchisees must continuously operate the Home using the Beehive Homes System, Names, and Marks. This operation must comply with the Franchise Agreement and the Standards set forth by Beehive Homes. The franchisee is responsible for providing courteous, uniform, high-quality service to the public during the entire term of the agreement.
While Beehive Homes provides the Standards for operation, the franchisee maintains exclusive day-to-day control over the business and operation of the Home. Beehive Homes does not possess or exercise such direct control over daily operations, placing the responsibility for continuous and compliant operation squarely on the franchisee.
