Compliance With Manual.
Franchisee covenants to adhere to the Standards contained in the Manual.
Portions of the Manual may be state specific, and it is the Franchisee's obligation to identify those portions and to keep them current and up to date.
The Franchisee will not disclose the contents of the Manual to any unauthorized person and upon termination of this Agreement will return all Forms of Manual to Franchisor.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to adhere to the standards outlined in the Manual. Specifically, the franchisee must follow Beehive Homes' specifications for all supplies, products, and services to maintain uniformity across all locations.
The Manual contains all written compilations of the Standards, and may consist of one or more of the following; Policies and Procedures, Owner/Operator Training, Emergency Procedures, Inservice Training and/or Employee Procedures. The Manual may be in various formats, including written volumes, bulletins, notices, videos, CD-ROMS, electronic media, websites, online postings, e-mail, electronic communications, or facsimiles.
Franchisees must identify and keep current any state-specific portions of the Manual. They are also prohibited from disclosing the Manual's contents to unauthorized individuals and must return all forms of the Manual to Beehive Homes upon termination of the franchise agreement.
This requirement ensures that each Beehive Homes location operates consistently, maintaining the brand's quality and reputation. Franchisees should carefully review the Manual and stay updated on any changes to ensure compliance and avoid potential breaches of the franchise agreement.
