Compliance With Manual.
Franchisee covenants to adhere to the Standards contained in the Manual.
Portions of the Manual may be state specific, and it is the Franchisee's obligation to identify those portions and to keep them current and up to date.
The Franchisee will not disclose the contents of the Manual to any unauthorized person and upon termination of this Agreement will return all Forms of Manual to Franchisor.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to adhere to the standards outlined in the Manual. The Manual contains the standards, and may consist of one or more of the following; Policies and Procedures, Owner/Operator Training, Emergency Procedures, Inservice Training and/or Employee Procedures. The Manual may be in different forms such as written volumes, bulletins, notices, videos, CD-ROMS, electronic media, websites, online postings, e-mail, electronic communications, facsimiles, or any other medium capable of conveying the Manual's contents.
Beehive Homes requires franchisees to comply with all standards, specifications, requirements, criteria, and policies developed by the franchisor. These standards cover various aspects of the business, including design, construction, renovation, appearance, equipping, furnishing, operation, maintenance, marketing, services, and advertising. The standards are found in the Manual, the Franchise Agreement, or other written communications from Beehive Homes.
Furthermore, the franchisee is responsible for identifying and keeping current any state-specific portions of the Manual. The franchisee is also prohibited from disclosing the Manual's contents to unauthorized individuals and must return all forms of the Manual to Beehive Homes upon termination of the Franchise Agreement. This underscores the importance of maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of the operational standards and procedures of the Beehive Homes franchise system.
