- 8.10. Subsequent Training. Franchisee will comply with Standards for the training of persons involved in the operation of the Home, including completion by the resident manager of the required training. If the Franchisee elects to have Franchisor provide such training for successor resident managers, Franchisor shall provide such training at Franchisee's Home at a cost of not less than $300.00 per day, plus meals, lodging and round trip air transportation for Franchisor's training personnel.
IX. REPORTS AND RECORDS
9.1. Reporting. Franchisee shall adopt and use such accounting and record keeping procedures as may be required by Franchisor for the reasonable conduct of its business. In addition, Franchisee agrees to deliver to Franchisor monthly profit and loss statements and such other information as may be requested from time to time by Franchisor, within ten (10) days after the end of each calendar month.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with the standards for training individuals involved in operating the Beehive Homes location. This includes ensuring that the resident manager completes the required training.
If a franchisee chooses to have Beehive Homes provide training for successor resident managers, Beehive Homes will provide the training at the franchisee's location. The cost for this training is a minimum of $300.00 per day, in addition to covering the costs for meals, lodging, and round trip air transportation for Beehive Homes' training personnel.
Beehive Homes also provides initial training prior to the opening of the Home for business, in the various practices, policies and procedures for operation of the Home. The franchisee, or at least one of the franchisees if there is more than one, and the resident manager are required to complete a training program of up to three (3) days duration at a location(s) designated by Beehive Homes.
