What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to advertise and promote their Beehive Homes location and related services. Beehive Homes mandates that franchisees adhere to the standards set for all homes when advertising and promoting their services. This means franchisees must follow specific guidelines and requirements established by Beehive Homes to maintain consistency and quality across all locations.
Beehive Homes retains control over advertising materials, as franchisees must submit all advertising and promotional materials, including digital and electronic content, for written approval before use. This approval process ensures that all advertising aligns with Beehive Homes' brand standards and marketing strategies. Franchisees must immediately stop using any advertising material that Beehive Homes disapproves of, even if it was previously approved.
Furthermore, Beehive Homes requires franchisees to use only the website provided by the franchisor. Franchisees are prohibited from maintaining any other website or linking to any other website related to their Beehive Homes activities without express written approval from Beehive Homes. This restriction ensures that all online marketing efforts are centrally managed and controlled by the franchisor, maintaining brand consistency and preventing any unauthorized representation of the Beehive Homes brand.
