What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee, including any equity owners, must acknowledge several key points upon receiving the Franchise Agreement. Specifically, they must confirm that they received the agreement at least seven calendar days before signing it. This waiting period is a standard practice in franchising, allowing potential franchisees adequate time to review the document thoroughly.

Additionally, the franchisee must acknowledge that the agreement was complete in all material respects when received, ensuring that no critical information was missing. They must also confirm that they have read and understood all the obligations they are undertaking by entering into the agreement. This includes understanding the financial commitments, operational requirements, and adherence to Beehive Homes' standards and procedures.

Furthermore, the franchisee must acknowledge that they had the opportunity to consult with their attorney and any other advisors regarding the agreement. This underscores the importance of seeking professional advice before making a final decision. Finally, the franchisee must acknowledge that they are entering into the agreement based on their own independent investigation and not solely on representations made by Beehive Homes or its representatives that contradict the agreement or the Franchise Disclosure Document. This acknowledgment protects Beehive Homes from claims that the franchisee relied on misleading information.
