What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee acknowledges that they are not relying on any representations that contradict the franchise agreement or the franchise disclosure document. Specifically, the franchisee represents that they have read the agreement and FDD, understand their obligations, and have had the opportunity to consult with advisors. Beehive Homes states that the franchisee's decision to enter the agreement is based on their own independent investigation and not on any representations made by Beehive Homes or its representatives that are contrary to the terms outlined in the agreement or the FDD.

This acknowledgment is a standard clause in franchise agreements. It aims to protect Beehive Homes from potential claims that the franchisee was misled or relied on information outside of the official documents. It reinforces that the written agreement is the final and complete understanding between the parties.

For a prospective Beehive Homes franchisee, this means it is crucial to thoroughly review the franchise agreement and FDD, seek legal counsel, and conduct independent due diligence. Any promises or representations made by Beehive Homes personnel during the sales process that are not reflected in these documents should be viewed with caution. The franchisee will be bound by the terms of the written agreement, so it is important to ensure that it accurately reflects their understanding of the franchise relationship.
