Does the Beehive Homes Franchise Agreement give me the right to acquire or establish additional franchises?

According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement does not grant franchisees the right to acquire or establish additional franchises. The agreement allows franchisees to construct and operate a single Beehive Homes location at a specific, approved address. While franchisees are not given an exclusive territory and may face competition from other franchisees, they are permitted to solicit residents from outside their designated area, provided their advertising content is approved by Beehive Homes. The relocation of a franchise is subject to the same terms and conditions as the selection of the initial location, and maintaining the location is contingent upon compliance with the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement.
