WE have no obligation to conduct any advertising program for YOUR Home.

YOU may and are encouraged to advertise YOUR Home, however, all advertising materials used by YOU must first be approved by the Franchisor and by US.

WE have no advertising council composed of franchisees to advise US on advertising matters.

YOU currently are not required to participate in any local or regional advertising cooperative, nor are YOU required to participate in any other advertising fund.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Item 11 and Item 8 contain information regarding advertising. Specifically, Section 8.9 of the franchise agreement outlines the advertising requirements.

Item 11 indicates that Beehive Homes has no obligation to conduct any advertising program for a franchisee's Home. However, franchisees are encouraged to advertise their Home, but all advertising materials must first be approved by Beehive Homes. There is no advertising council composed of franchisees to advise Beehive Homes on advertising matters, and franchisees are not required to participate in any local, regional, or other advertising fund.

This means that while Beehive Homes offers some support and requires approval of advertising materials, the franchisee is primarily responsible for their own advertising efforts. The franchisee bears the costs and creates the advertising, subject to franchisor approval. This differs from franchise systems where franchisees are required to contribute to a common advertising fund or adhere to strict corporate advertising guidelines.
