What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Beehive Homes Franchise Disclosure Document, several actions or inactions by a franchisee can materially impair the goodwill associated with the Beehive Homes brand. These include non-compliance with the franchise agreement terms related to the use of the Names and Marks, as well as any unauthorized or improper use of the Beehive Homes system or the Names and Marks.

Specifically, Beehive Homes franchisees must adhere to the standards, terms, and conditions outlined in the franchise agreement, the manual, and other operational standards established by Beehive Homes. This includes using the Names and Marks solely in the manner prescribed by Beehive Homes. Franchisees are obligated to protect and preserve the goodwill of the Names and Marks.

Any deviation from these standards, such as using the Names and Marks improperly or failing to maintain the quality of services expected under the Beehive Homes system, can lead to irreparable damage to Beehive Homes' reputation and goodwill. This is considered a material breach of the franchise agreement, potentially leading to legal action, including temporary and permanent injunctive relief, and the franchisee being responsible for all associated costs and expenses, including attorney's fees.
