What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after the grand opening, Beehive Homes has no obligation to provide additional consultation without a fee. However, Beehive Homes may provide consultation and assistance to a franchisee during visits by Beehive Homes or its representatives, even though they are not obligated to do so.

If a franchisee feels additional assistance for management training or motivational training for staff is necessary, Beehive Homes will provide assistance at a compensation mutually agreed to in advance. This fee is currently not less than $300.00 per day inclusive. This means that while Beehive Homes might offer some guidance during visits, franchisees should expect to pay for any substantial consultation or training support after the initial opening period.

This arrangement is fairly typical in franchising. Franchisors often provide initial training and support, but ongoing, in-depth assistance usually comes at an additional cost. This policy allows Beehive Homes to cover its expenses for providing specialized support while giving franchisees the flexibility to request and pay for services as needed. Franchisees should factor these potential costs into their financial planning and be prepared to budget for additional training or consultation if they anticipate needing it.
