What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after the grand opening, Beehive Homes has no obligation to provide additional consultation without a fee. However, Beehive Homes may provide consultation and assistance during visits by their representatives, even though they are not obligated to do so. If a franchisee requires additional assistance for management or staff motivational training, Beehive Homes will provide assistance, but the franchisee must agree to compensate them in advance. The fee for this assistance is currently not less than $300.00 per day inclusive.

This means that while Beehive Homes is not contractually required to offer ongoing support after the initial launch, they may still provide assistance at their discretion during site visits. This discretionary support could be valuable for franchisees needing occasional guidance or problem-solving. However, franchisees should not rely on this informal support as a guaranteed resource.

For more structured or extensive support, such as management or motivational training, franchisees will need to negotiate a separate agreement with Beehive Homes. The minimum cost for this type of assistance is $300 per day, but the actual fee could be higher depending on the scope and duration of the required support. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these potential costs when budgeting for ongoing operational expenses.

Franchisees should proactively discuss the availability and cost of post-opening support with Beehive Homes during their due diligence process. Understanding the specific types of assistance available, the conditions under which it is provided, and the associated fees will help franchisees make informed decisions about their investment and operational strategies.
