What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after the grand opening, Beehive Homes is not obligated to provide additional consultation without a fee. However, Beehive Homes may provide consultation and assistance during visits by their representatives. If a franchisee feels additional assistance for management training or motivational training for staff is necessary, Beehive Homes will provide assistance at a compensation mutually agreed to in advance. The fee is currently not less than $300.00 per day inclusive.
This means that while initial training is provided, any further in-depth training or motivational programs for staff will come at an additional cost to the franchisee. This cost is negotiable but has a floor of $300 per day, which includes all expenses.
Prospective franchisees should consider this when budgeting for ongoing operational costs. It is important to discuss the scope and frequency of potential additional training needs with Beehive Homes during the due diligence process to better understand potential expenses. Franchisees should also inquire about what specific situations might warrant additional training and if there are alternative, lower-cost options available, such as online resources or regional workshops.
