What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for maintaining both the interior and exterior of the Home, along with the surrounding premises, to the highest degree of cleanliness, orderliness, sanitation, and repair. This maintenance must align with Beehive Homes' standards.

Beehive Homes can notify the franchisee of any failure to meet these standards, providing a 72-hour window to correct the issue. If the franchisee fails to address the default within this timeframe, Beehive Homes reserves the right to enter the Home and rectify the situation themselves. The franchisee will bear the costs for any corrections made by Beehive Homes.

Furthermore, the franchisee is obligated to repair, alter, and paint both the exterior and interior of the Home at their own expense. These actions should be performed at reasonable times or as directed by Beehive Homes, and must also adhere to Beehive Homes' standards. Beehive Homes will provide a 30-day notice for required repairs, alterations, or painting. Should the franchisee not complete these actions within the given timeframe, Beehive Homes may undertake the necessary work at the franchisee's expense to ensure the Home meets the required standards.
