What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for maintaining both the interior and exterior of the home, as well as the surrounding premises. This maintenance must adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, sanitation, and repair, as defined by Beehive Homes' standards.

Beehive Homes requires the franchisee to repair, alter, and paint both the exterior and interior of the home. These actions must be performed at the franchisee's expense, during reasonable times, or as directed by Beehive Homes, and must align with Beehive Homes' standards. If the franchisee fails to complete necessary repairs, alterations, or painting within thirty days of receiving notice from Beehive Homes, Beehive Homes reserves the right to enter the home and complete the work at the franchisee's expense.

This requirement ensures that all Beehive Homes locations maintain a consistent brand image and quality, which is typical in franchising. The franchisee's failure to comply with these maintenance standards can result in Beehive Homes intervening to perform the necessary work, with the franchisee bearing the costs. This underscores the importance of franchisees adhering to the franchisor's standards to avoid potential financial burdens and maintain the integrity of the Beehive Homes brand.
