B. YOU select, with OUR approval, the location of YOUR Bee Hive Home. In determining whether to approve any particular site WE will consider things like: analysis of traffic patterns, both vehicular and pedestrian; proximity to grocery or retail stores; population, age and income demographics; and proximity to competing businesses.
