YOU are also obligated to require each employee of the Home to execute OUR standard Non-Competition and Non-Disclosure Agreement before participating in any training or performing any work at or otherwise having access to the Home. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, you are obligated to have each employee sign a Non-Competition and Non-Disclosure Agreement. Specifically, you must ensure that each employee of your Beehive Homes location executes Beehive Homes' standard Non-Competition and Non-Disclosure Agreement before they participate in any training, perform any work, or otherwise have access to the Home.

As the franchisee, you are required to provide a copy of the signed agreement to Beehive Homes within one week of its execution or on the employee's first day of employment, whichever comes first. This requirement is in place to protect Beehive Homes' proprietary information and maintain the confidentiality of their business practices.

This is a fairly standard practice in franchising, as franchisors want to protect their business model and trade secrets. By requiring employees to sign these agreements, Beehive Homes aims to prevent the dissemination of sensitive information to competitors and ensure that employees remain loyal to the Beehive Homes system both during and after their employment.
