What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement does not limit Beehive Homes' right to modify elements of the System. Beehive Homes retains the right to add, alter, delete, or otherwise modify elements of the System. They can also use or license to others all or part of the System, and use any portion of the System and Names and Marks in other businesses.

This means that as a franchisee, you must adapt to changes Beehive Homes makes to its operating system, marketing strategies, or brand standards. These changes could affect how you run your Beehive Homes location and what services you offer.

While Beehive Homes has broad rights to modify the System, franchisees benefit from a consistent brand and potentially improved methods. However, franchisees bear the risk of needing to invest further in training, equipment, or marketing to keep up with System changes implemented by Beehive Homes.
