What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are encouraged to advertise their homes, but all advertising materials must be approved in advance by Beehive Homes. This approval is required to ensure that all advertising conforms to the trade dress standards of Beehive Homes. This requirement applies to any advertising content used when soliciting residents from outside the franchisee's designated area.

This stipulation ensures brand consistency and protects the Beehive Homes' image. Franchisees must submit their advertising materials to the franchisor for review and approval before dissemination. This process allows Beehive Homes to maintain control over how its brand is represented in the market and to ensure that all advertising aligns with its overall marketing strategy.

While franchisees are encouraged to market their individual locations, they must adhere to the franchisor's guidelines and obtain prior approval for all advertising materials. This requirement is a standard practice in franchising, where maintaining brand uniformity is crucial for success. Franchisees should factor in the time required for advertising approval when planning their marketing campaigns.
