YOU may and are encouraged to advertise YOUR Home, however, all advertising materials used by YOU must first be approved by the Franchisor and by US.
WE have no advertising council composed of franchisees to advise US on advertising matters.
YOU currently are not required to participate in any local or regional advertising cooperative, nor are YOU required to participate in any other advertising fund.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beehive Homes' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any advertising materials you intend to use for your Beehive Homes location must be approved by the Franchisor. This requirement ensures that all advertising aligns with the trade dress standards of Beehive Homes.
While Beehive Homes encourages franchisees to advertise their Homes, this approval process is mandatory. This means that before disseminating any promotional content through any channel, such as online platforms or direct marketing, you must submit the materials to Beehive Homes for their review and consent.
Beehive Homes does not have an advertising council composed of franchisees to advise them on advertising matters.
