15.3 Conditions for Approval of Transfer. If you (and your Owners) are in full compliance with this Agreement, then subject to the other provisions of this Section 15, we will not unreasonably withhold approval of a Transfer that meets all the applicable requirements of this Section.
(b) Development Rights. If the Transfer is of the development rights granted under this Agreement or a controlling interest in the Developer, or is one of a series of Transfers which in the aggregate constitute the Transfer of the development rights granted under this Agreement or a controlling interest in the Developer, all of the following conditions must be met prior to or concurrently with the effective date of the Transfer:
- (i) the transferee must have sufficient business experience, aptitude and financial resources to operate your business and develop the Development Area, and must either already own a Family Sports Pub or is acquiring one or more of them in association with the Transfer;

According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beef O Bradys will not unreasonably withhold approval of a transfer if the franchisee (or their Owners, if the franchisee is a Business Entity) is in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement and all other Franchise Agreements. The transfer must also meet all applicable requirements outlined in Section 15 of the agreement.
For a transfer of development rights or a controlling interest in the Developer, the transferee must demonstrate sufficient business experience, aptitude, and financial resources to operate the business and develop the Development Area. Additionally, the transferee must either already own a Family Sports Pub or be acquiring one or more in association with the transfer.
These conditions ensure that any potential new franchisee or developer meets Beef O Bradys's standards and is capable of maintaining the brand's reputation and operational standards.
