- 7.5 Remedial Training.
If we determine it to be necessary, we may provide you with remedial training or assistance subject to the availability of our personnel.
You must pay us any fee which we may charge you and other franchisees to defray the direct costs of providing this remedial training, which is currently $250 per day per trainer.

In addition, you must be responsible for any and all other expenses incurred in connection with sending your employees to such remedial training including, without limitation, the costs of transportation, lodging, meals, training materials and any wages.
We will, in our sole discretion, select the time and location of all remedial training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beef O Bradys may require franchisees to undergo remedial training if they determine it to be necessary, subject to the availability of their personnel. The franchisee is responsible for any fees charged by Beef O Bradys and other franchisees to cover the direct costs of providing this remedial training, which is currently $250 per day per trainer.
In addition to the training fee, the franchisee must cover all expenses related to sending employees to remedial training. These expenses include transportation, lodging, meals, training materials, and wages. Beef O Bradys has the sole discretion to select the time and location of all remedial training.
Beef O Bradys also provides general guidance to franchisees regarding the operation of the Family Sports Pub based on reports submitted by the franchisee or inspections conducted by Beef O Bradys. This guidance covers standards and specifications, fixtures, furnishings, equipment and signage, recipes and food preparation, suppliers, and advertising. This guidance is furnished in the Confidential Operating Manuals, bulletins, written materials, telephone consultations, or consultations at the Beef O Bradys office or the Family Sports Pub. If the franchisee's requests for additional or special training and guidance are excessive, Beef O Bradys may charge a fee to cover expenses, including per diem fees and travel and living expenses for their personnel.
