What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may be granted successor franchises if they are in compliance with the Franchise Agreement. If a franchisee meets this condition, Beef O Bradys may grant them up to two successor franchises, each with a term of five years.
Upon signing the first successor agreement, the franchisee must pay a renewal fee of $20,000. However, the franchisee will not be required to pay an additional renewal fee when signing the second successor agreement.
This means that a Beef O Bradys franchisee who maintains compliance with their existing agreement has the opportunity to extend their business operations for up to 10 additional years through two successor franchise agreements, providing long-term stability and continued brand association. However, the initial renewal requires a $20,000 payment.
