What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must, at their own expense, conduct a nutritional analysis on any menu item specific to their Family Sports Pub. This requirement applies only to items that are not part of the national core menu, corporate-sponsored test menu, or promotional window.

This nutritional analysis is required if the franchisee intends to offer the specific menu item for sale for at least 60 days per calendar year. Additionally, the franchisee is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all current FDA regulations regarding the menu item.

This stipulation means that if a Beef O Bradys franchisee wants to introduce a unique menu item to their location that is not already approved by the corporate menu, and they plan to sell it for at least 60 days in a year, they must pay for a professional nutritional analysis to comply with labeling and health regulations. This cost can vary depending on the complexity of the item and the lab used for analysis.
