According to Beef O Bradys' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the training fee for a franchisee's second Family Sports Pub is $13,000. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid at least 90 days prior to the scheduled opening of the second pub. This fee is in consideration for Beef O Bradys providing its Beef's Operator Training Program and Pre-Opening Visit.
Beef O Bradys training fees vary depending on the number of Family Sports Pubs the franchisee owns and operates upon signing the agreement. The training fee decreases with each additional pub, from $18,000 for the first to $7,000 for the fifth and all subsequent locations.
In addition to the training fee, franchisees are responsible for all travel, wages, and living expenses incurred by the Two Designated Operators (Operating Partner and Operating Manager) and any optional third trainee in connection with the training program. Franchisees must also ensure that new employees are satisfactorily trained and certified, including food safety certification, at an approved training store at their expense if they hire additional management personnel or replace one or more of their Two Designated Operators after the Family Sports Pub opens. Franchisees are also responsible for a non-refundable ServSafe certification fee of $125 per person for managers, bartenders, and other designated employees who require food safety certification.
