What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beef O Bradys Franchise Disclosure Document, the training fee is non-refundable. The Operating Partner and Operating Manager must attend the initial 3-week training program.
The FDD states that Beef O Bradys may also provide the training program to a third individual at the franchisee's option. If the franchisee wants more than the included three individuals to attend the training, Beef O Bradys charges a fee of $1,000 per additional trainee. The franchisee is also responsible for any travel, wages, and living expenses incurred by any additional trainees.
The Two Designated Operators must also attend a 1-day Pre-Opening Visit. Successful completion of all training requirements is a condition for opening a Beef O Bradys Family Sports Pub. The non-refundable training fee must be paid to Beef O Bradys at least 90 days prior to the scheduled training program.
