What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beef O Bradys' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the training fee for your fourth Family Sports Pub is $8,000. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid at least 90 days prior to the scheduled opening. This fee is in consideration for Beef O Bradys providing their Beef's Operator Training Program and Pre-Opening Visit before the opening of your Family Sports Pub.

The training fee structure is tiered, decreasing with each additional pub you own and operate. The fees are $18,000 for the first, $13,000 for the second, $11,000 for the third, $8,000 for the fourth, and $7,000 for the fifth and all subsequent locations. This incentivizes multi-unit franchising with Beef O Bradys.

In addition to the training fee, franchisees are also responsible for ensuring their managers, bartenders, and other designated employees obtain food safety certification, such as ServSafe. A non-refundable ServSafe certification fee of $125 per person (or the then-current fee) is required at least 90 days before opening. This covers the cost of the ServSafe certification program, which Beef O Bradys remits to the local provider. The Two Designated Operators must also attend a 1-day Pre-Opening Visit, conducted by Beef O Bradys, or their designee. Successful completion of all training requirements is a condition for opening the Family Sports Pub.
