We will provide our initial training program to you or your operating partner, and an operating manager of the Family Sports Pub. We may make available other training programs as are appropriate or requested. If you or your operating partner and your operating manager fail to attend or complete the initial training program to our satisfaction, we may terminate your Franchise Agreement.
