- Note 2: All training will be supervised by our Vice President of Training, Allen Rogers. Mr. Rogers has 3 years of experience with our operations and 37 years of experience relevant to the subjects taught.
The Beef's Operator Training Program will be conducted by members of our staff or franchisees whom we designate to provide the Beef's Operator Training Program. Accordingly, the Beef's Operator Training Program will be performed by a variety of personnel associated with or designated by us with different levels of experience. These include other Family Sports Pub franchisee's general managers, kitchen managers, administrative personnel and certified trainers/instructors. All individuals who assist in the training process will have at least one year of experience in the subject taught and/or our operations.

The Beef O Bradys Operator Training Program is conducted by staff members or franchisees designated by Beef O Bradys. These individuals may include general managers, kitchen managers, administrative personnel, and certified trainers/instructors from other Family Sports Pub franchisee locations. All individuals assisting in the training process must have at least one year of experience in the subject matter they teach or in Beef O Bradys operations.
This means that while the Vice President of Training oversees the program, the actual training may be delivered by a variety of experienced personnel within the Beef O Bradys system. As a prospective franchisee, it's important to understand that the training may be conducted by individuals with varying levels of experience, but all should have a minimum level of expertise in their respective areas. Franchisees should also note that the training locations are subject to change, with current certified training locations near Tampa, Florida.
