What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Beef O Bradys Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be subject to a non-compliance fee for any deviation from contractual requirements or system standards. This includes failing to comply with system standards, not participating in promotional programs, or closing the Family Sports Pub on unauthorized days.
The standard non-compliance fee is $250 per day while the noncompliance is ongoing. However, this fee may be modified by Beef O Bradys with written notice. The fee may also vary in an amount greater than $250 per day based on the severity and number of violations, and whether the violations have been repeated.
This means that a Beef O Bradys franchisee could face significant daily penalties for failing to adhere to the franchise agreement or the franchisor's standards. It is important for prospective franchisees to carefully review the franchise agreement and understand all requirements to avoid incurring these fees.
