Beef_O_Bradys Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

You must limit your signage to "Beef 'O' Brady's" and "Family Sports Pub" or any other signage that we designate.

You may not use of any other language (i.e. "Family Sports Bar," "Family Sports Grill," "Family Sports Restaurant," etc.) without our prior written approval which we can withhold for any reason or no reason.

If you employ any signage that does not comply with this Agreement, you will be in material breach of this Agreement.

You must not use a sign that deviates from the standard logo unless and until you have submitted a request for such deviation to us in writing with drawings and we have approved such deviation in writing.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Beef O Bradys retains the right to refuse certain requests from franchisees, particularly concerning signage. Specifically, franchisees must limit their signage to "Beef 'O' Brady's" and "Family Sports Pub" or any other signage that Beef O Bradys designates.

Franchisees are prohibited from using alternative language such as "Family Sports Bar," "Family Sports Grill," or "Family Sports Restaurant" without obtaining prior written approval from Beef O Bradys. This approval can be withheld for any reason, or even no reason at all, giving Beef O Bradys broad discretion over brand representation. Failure to comply with these signage restrictions constitutes a material breach of the franchise agreement.

Furthermore, franchisees must not use any sign that deviates from the standard logo unless they have submitted a written request with drawings to Beef O Bradys and received written approval for the deviation. This stipulation ensures that all Beef O Bradys locations maintain a consistent brand image and adhere to the franchisor's standards, reinforcing Beef O Bradys's control over its brand identity and preventing unauthorized alterations to its established trademarks and visual representations.
