What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Beef O Bradys's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Required Preliminary Plans consist of prototype design plans, elevation drawings, specifications, decor, and layout for your Family Sports Pub. These plans must include requirements for design, color scheme, image, interior layout, and operation assets, including fixtures, equipment, signs, and furnishings.

Beef O Bradys will provide franchisees with contact information for their brand-certified architects, who franchisees are required to use to prepare the Required Preliminary Plans. While a brand-certified architect provides the preliminary plans, franchisees are responsible for hiring either a brand-certified architect or another architect (subject to Beef O Brady's approval) to complete detailed construction drawings at their own expense.

This requirement ensures that all Beef O Bradys locations maintain a consistent brand image and operational standards. Franchisees should factor in the cost of both the Required Preliminary Plans and the subsequent detailed construction drawings when budgeting for the initial setup of their Family Sports Pub. It is important to note that while Beef O Bradys recommends suppliers for goods and services, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for securing financing, permits, and licenses, as well as constructing and decorating the Family Sports Pub according to Beef O Bradys' standards.
